Stayed in cool a double room with balcony. The location was unbeatable, just next door to an open-air shopping center. Eateries and bars were also walk from the hotel. An attached restaurant was GREAT with solid food and drinks.

We got 8 nights in this cute hotel, loved it. The venue was fairly clean with funny and sweet staff. The service was absolutely helpful.

Make sure you stay in the a double room on higher floors. Thanks to the staff for being funny and sweet and providing us with a helpful service.

All of the staff were extremely polite, affable. I loved the room with great views, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Chic hip new hotel, great views of the ocean. The staff was well experienced, the beds were extremely comfy, and the room was recently renovated.

The hotel room was huge for a family of 5 and the hotel was located right outside the international markets and a 5 minute easy walk to the beach. The room was clean and tidy and the water pressure for the shower was great for a hotel. The bus stop is located right outside the door to all your major attractions.

The internet access was very slow and did not work most of the time. The bathroom was very small and the pool was only about 8-10 foot long, green and located behind the car park. The TV was way too small for the room (my laptop screen was bigger). There was no main light in the room just one lamp that worked. I am a sound sleeper however I could still hear the party-goers all night even when I was located on the 7th floor.

The value for money at this hotel was great, with clean and comfortable rooms that had a trendy decor. The location was perfect, right in the middle of shops and restaurants, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel breakfast could be improved, maybe by offering more affordable options or including some extras.

I would like to comment on the extra mile that the staff went to serve us. As initially I was not given the room that I booked online due o the unavailability.Therefore I was given a complimentary stay at the Deluxe Suite without any additional fees and stick to the original pricing of the earlier room booked via internet. Thanks to the staff and the people and look forward to see you guys at my next trip to Honolulu.

Nice styled and large room, pleasant view of he Honolulu skyline away from the beach. Large bathrooms with a tub. Location right by shops, restaurants and the beach and a short stroll to Waikiki --. Early check in and late check out.

Beds were too soft.

Clean and excellent hotel, cute location right in the center of things in Honolulu. Amazing room, excellent with balcony. Located in the heart of the city. And close to the main shopping street, places to eat, and the international market place.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of everything I wanted and needed. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. The hotel staff provided excellent service, making sure I had everything I needed. The amenities were top-notch, with a coffee machine, fresh fruit, and snacks in the room. I also enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel restaurant, which was delicious. I had a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The room was large, clean and comfortable and the location was excellent both in terms of proximity to shops and restaurants etc as well as to public transport.

The room on the third floor was quite noisy, especially around 6 am each morning when the garbage trucks emptied the rubbish hoppers in the lane below my balcony. Ear plugs were provided in the room.
